Founded by a mother-daughter duo, we take pride in sourcing our tallow from our very own cows, raised with care on our farm. We believe that the work of our hands is an offering of worship, and through our products, we strive to reflect the love, patience, and care that God calls us to embody.

The name "Jars of Clay Co." is inspired by the biblical passage from 2 Corinthians 4:7: “But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us.” This verse reminds us of the beauty of humble beginnings and the strength that comes from the Lord. Our hope is that through each of our tallow products, you experience the richness of God’s provision, care, and creative design.

Our Process

Every product we make begins with high-quality, responsibly sourced beef tallow. Tallow has been used for centuries for its skin-nourishing properties, and we honor that tradition by taking the time to do it right. We start with premium beef fat from our herd and other trusted sources who value quality and care in how their animals are raised. Clean ingredients matter to us, because what goes on your skin should be just as intentional as what goes into your body.
